The best you can say is that it hasn't rained since yesterday evening.

We've had days like that recently, too. Not much difference between the day time and night time temperatures. But we have had some sunny days lately! Much more like our usual winter weather. The weatherman says in the paper today that the El Nino is going away. The joke was on him, though. It started raining again today! It is forecast to rain at least for the next four days, but should pass off by the end of the month. I hope you get some summer then, too!
