The past two evenings it seems like I've been driving to work in the snowy segment of It's A Wonderful Life. It hasn't been terrible; it just seems to come down in the evening. There is maybe 5" on the ground; though a lot melted before more started falling again. I did get to come home and shovel a little bit of fine light snow at 2:00 AM. I like shoveling in the late hours; I always have. The world is very quiet, and sound is even more muffled with fresh snow. It takes me back to the 70's with those severe winters. I'd go out and shovel; it was always needed and it's peaceful.
