This should be more known than it is, there is nothing else like this anywhere. A quarter mile long; you can't take a picture of it all at one time, unless, you are in the air. I'm not going to go into speculation about what it was for; but how would you feel about a shirne or something that you could take in all at once? I will guess that people did the same thing that they do now - walk around it, taking it in.

I guess there may have been farm fields on it at one time, but it has been presereved for about a century.
