Market St. bridge, Stuebenville, Ohio. abt. 1988.

The walkway goes through the piers on the all iron and steel bridge. According to a website i found (there's one for everything, isn't there?) the bridge was built in 1905, is 1795 feet long, with the suspension section being 1280 feet.
