Brook Park, Ohio. November, 1982

This was weird. It was cold and dark and this crew was out repaving the street. They had portable lights and the tank looking roller. It all looked a little hellish.

Hellish - I like the word. It fits the photo very well! I don't think we had night works in the 80s. We do now!
