!. For crying out loud, it would cost me $15 to change my username!
2. The cataracts are getting really bad. I can only recognize street signs by shape but, i still feel alright driving; i can see big things like children and animals. Another month to eye appointment. I was researching costs related to surgery. My insurance will cover the cost of the surgery - after i pay my $2,600 deductible but not corrective implants because that is considered medically unnecessary. Average cost for the corrective lenses is over $2,000, EACH! So it will be right back to glasses for me.
3. I left the trash can #1son was supposed to bring back from the street on Monday, right where he parks.
4. Found out my old astronomy teacher in high school died last year. He used to let me hide in his planetarium* when i was cutting phys-ed.
4 1/2. Yes, my high school had a planetarium.
5. Work is ok - it's still weired, most everything is ok.
6. Been watching this BBC series with the strange title of "George Gently" it's a detective drama, each story is pretty close to riveting. Don't know why PBS never picked this show up.
7. Saw Wonder Woman a couple weeks ago. Wasn't expecting much but it was really, very good. And the woman, whatever her name is, just stunning; not like sexy, just stunning.
