Two different TV stations ran different but similar stories yesterday. On one station it was said that we haven't had a sunny day since Dec. 17. I take some issue with that; there have been days where the sun has come out for an hour or two. What is the meteorological definition of a sunny day? But, unquestionably, it has been gray. The other station claimed that we have had 34 cloudy days out of the past 39 and it's always been raining or misting; constantly. I came home yesterday morning in the rain. I drove to work in light rain/mist at 34 degrees. It has turned to various forms of light snow, drizzle, snow pellets, but it is still coming down, as it has for weeks.
