The crash repair place said the van would be considered totaled if we had insurance on it. It's is a 2010 and would cost over $10,000 to repair correctly and since this is a certified repair place they can't do just enough to make it drivable but, they recommended a place nearby that might be able to make it a street worthy duct tape special for around $2,000. We think we are going to try it bad idea as it is. I'm 5 to 7 minutes from work and have put on less than 1,500 miles since August. I don't want or need a new car.
My daughter told her class about it and they wrote me letters of encouragement and advice, that were really touching and funny. More than one wrote about feeling guilty about stepping on their pets but wee have to forgive ourselves.
