How bleak and how sad, when it's over like that. I hope it gives you all some... relief.

At the funeral home family gathered, caught up, chatted while she lay in the other room. Very few people even came in "To pay their respects". That was last Saturday, she was buried Monday with no one but the grave diggers and the funeral director.

Yes, relieved.

She wasn't quite hated except maybe, by her son. Not liked, not cared about, not needed.
