you have heard of Sheldon Cooper's alternative universes, here is one. The same conversations creep in the nurse who pops in and out is right there in the first episode. I like this alternative BBT; it's darker, this Sheldon is a little more human while still being Sheldon. Add to the multiverse, there seem alternate versions of at least, part 1.

He is certainly much more edgy-- and worldly. Is that the nurse who was at the hospital when Howard went to the ER (although I think he went more than once). My favorite is the unemployment office clerk, when Sheldon applies for a menial job.

I do like the idea that it's an alternate universe. They probably should have had a mirror universe episode, actually, with Evil Leonard.

The nurse, Vernee Watson, was in six episodes over 10 years. I looked that up.
