#1daughter has been teaching 4th grade in her bedroom for two weeks now. The school had some sort of hacking issue on the 2nd day of virtual school - teachers were teaching remotely but from the classroom. Admittedly it's a small chain of charter schools but i'm starting to wonder if they are fine with the teachers at home. #1 really has a passion for this, i can hear her talking to her students, trying to connect; she enjoys it.
#1son just got a text book from Amazon on thermodynamics. He said it isn't rocket science, they covered that in the second unit of his first semester..He said he thought to himself 'if we are covering rocket science now, what's ahead?"
How did i raise such incredible children?
