The agency i work for is selling the 200 child, daycare that i have worked at for just shy of 10 years. It was of course, not making money. The grand poobah of the agency sent out a statement through the news letter. "None of the staff of the Family Life Center will lose their jobs." The group that is purchasing the day care will hire everyone but i don't work for them, me and the woman i work with, work for Buildings and Grounds. My supervisor keeps telling me that we will do something but it's been three weeks and the change over is April 1. I'm almost more worried about what they'll think up for me than actually losing my job.

But, maybe it will work out and if nothing else, the past six months have taught me...well i don't know what, but something.
