I made my second batch of graham crackers and i knew that i was rolling them to thick - 1/16" is very difficult to obtain - and they are close to being jaw breakers. That's my lesson, do it right.

Oh yeah! I wanted to make those. It is hard to get crackers thin enough. Yet the store bought ones are pretty thick but they're not hard, so how do they do that?
