Suppose I better post something. Went for a walk across the street; the path runs between two ponds, really one pond with a utility drive put through - i digress. I stopped short when i saw this and many more like it. We have a beaver living within 300 ft of our door. This is park land and they may determine that a beaver is not in nature's best interest.







#1daughter-and-boyfriend's loan has been approved, i have very mixed feelings about this.

Incredible pictures. That is so amazing. That beavers live on! If someone tries to harm them, I want to look into calling down the wrath of the gods.

I hope it works out well for them. It really ties them to one place, though.

There's been a snafu in the process, the bank is upset that the home owner is selling the home for to little; she is behind on her mortgage.
It would be good for the two of them to live in an apartment for a year or two.
Living at his mother's house does not teach them how to pay their bills or if they can really tolerate each other.

Oh yeah, that is a bit of an issue. Kind of too big of a leap. I'll bet your daughter's pretty responsible, but that's a lot to take on.
