If we had a solstice there wasn't much evidence for it. Gray and gloom has been the order of the season. Though we have some snow falling at the moment, i think we are on the edge of this east coast thing. You probably don't want to hear that we are 11" above normal precipitation for the year.

#1son had his best semester since he started college. #1daughter really enjoys her students, she is making a difference in their lives, bringing up there scores, connecting with them. They brought her presents on the last day before brake.

I go to work and come home.

Hi friend - congrats to the kids on their successes. Nicely done. You may be above precipitation, and we are weirdly warm. Some days close to 50 degrees. I guess the planet is trying to spin us all off.

Work, home, sleep, repeat. I understand this cycle well. Once a week I add a visit to the chiropractor for fun. That has made a HUGE difference to my pain levels. I was sure my shoulder was totally racked up when I started months ago - but now I feel a new person!

Mom is super well - which is a blessing. How's your Mom?

Hi there. The planet will win in the end.

How is it to go to a chiropractor; some day my back will be bad enough for some treatment.

Very glad to hear about your mom. How is my mom? No sign of the cancer returning, in my head i keep saying "yet". Mentally she's hanging in there, slowly losing, but not bad and some days she's happy and more often not.

Grew my hair!

Now that they have us all locked in all these photo sites are going to start charging.
