Eventually you are going to have to explain where you are in this series... or not. :)

This is where i work and i as you can see from these pictures, i have mixed feelings about the place.

Ugh, very institutional. *Shudder*

[identity profile] beoj.livejournal.com 2013-03-01 05:15 pm (UTC)(link)
I really think they try but it is very institutional. They have babies as young as six weeks here; if it wasn't for this place i wouldn't have a job but, i don't know..

I really don't go for this 'put your baby in a child care institution and go back to work' thing. But people are trapped into it these days.

I don't know, for as much as daycare costs i wonder if a couple really needs that 2nd job. a single parent is a different story.

Well, yes, childcare is going up. All couple need two incomes these days. It must be very hard for a single parent!

This is a strange place - cribs for giant babies?

Childs eye view.

Hmmm. Well, I actually think it looks rather nice. Calm colors, decent attractive furniture, decent graphics and not too many. Uncluttered, and most of all, CLEAN.

Group infant care is problematic, to say the least, but the single most important thing is the quality of the human interactions. Oh yeah, and CLEAN.

It is a well run place, i don't doubt that, but 6 weeks..

CLEAN, thank you, that's me.
